The Lunchtime Reset: 30-min Targeted ACT
In the middle of a demanding day, it can be hard to "turn off" the noise of work, stress, and expectations. Our Lunchtime ACT Sessions are focused, 30-minute brief but focused sessions designed to help you unhook from mental clutter and reconnect with what matters—all before your next meeting begins.
How It Works
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is uniquely suited for brief, high-impact sessions because it focuses on psychological flexibility. Instead of spending hours analyzing the past, we use these 30 minutes to tackle the "here and now."
The "Unhooking" Phase (10 mins): We quickly identify the specific thought or "internal weather" (anxiety, self-doubt, or frustration) that is currently draining your energy. Using Defusion techniques, we help you step back from these thoughts so they no longer drive your behavior.
The Grounding Phase (10 mins): Using brief Mindfulness and Acceptance tools, we stabilize your stress response. We don't try to "fix" the stress; we change your relationship to it so you can breathe again.
The Values Phase (10 mins): We end with a Committed Action. You will identify one small, value-driven choice you can make for the rest of your afternoon to ensure you are showing up as the person you want to be.
Is This Right for You?
These sessions are perfect for those who:
Have a "full plate" and need a mental reset without the time commitment of a full hour.
Are facing a specific daily stressor or "mental loop" they can’t shake.
Want actionable, evidence-based tools to improve their focus and resilience in real-time.
Efficiency meets Empathy. Turn your lunch break into a pivot point for your mental health.
