In-Person Crisis Services

If you are experiencing a psychiatric crisis in or near Wake County, you have a number of options. The regular emergency departments are not always ideal places for a mental health emeergency. In Wake County, Monarch Behavioral Health offers extended hours behavioral health urgent care (walk-in) services. You can also call a Mobile Crisis Team to respond to you or a loved one in crisis.
